🔐 Secure Payment (Escrow)
Funds protected until delivery
- Win the auction → pay the platform (not the seller directly)
- Funds held in a licensed intermediary account (banking partner)
- Seller is notified "your item is sold + funds reserved"
- You receive the item → click "Received"
- Platform releases funds to seller — minus a 4% commission
In a dispute: the platform freezes the funds + a case is opened within 72 hours + resolved based on evidence.
💳 Bid Bond
5% bid bond ensures serious bidders
Any bid on items above 10,000 SAR requires a 5% bond (max 5,000 SAR) — held only on your card, not charged.
- If you win → bond converts to a down payment
- If you lose → bond released immediately
- If you withdraw after winning → bond seized as a fine

🔧 Independent Inspection (Cars)
An independent engineer inspects the car before purchase
For cars over 50,000 SAR — request a neutral inspection for 200 SAR. The report appears inside the auction page. Reduces disputes by 70%.
